Postal Innovation EMEA saw annual events hosted in Rome (Italy) at the headquarters of the Italian State Printing Company (Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato) and of Poste Italiane, and was organized as full scale conference and exhibition in the United Arab Emirates, on the occasion of the Abu Dhabi Summits held under the patronage of H.H. Sheik Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, with the endorsement of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the U.A.E and of the European Commission.
Hosted by Wise Media at the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research, the world-class event featured key initiatives held for the Sustainability Summit’s special interest working groups focusing on Postal Innovation and Finance Transparency.
Postal Innovation opened its doors in Rome held in Abu Dhabi saw experts from across the EMEA region and further afield convene to discuss ICT-driven innovation in the postal and express shipping arena. At its 11th global edition, Postal Innovation opened its doors in the capital of the United Arab Emirates for the fifth time under the patronage of H.H. Sheik Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The event was held at The Emirates Centre for Strategic Studies and Research and was endorsed by the European Commission and the Emirates Identity Authority.

Shared strategies at Postal Innovation Americas
Leading postal players from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, El Salvador, Costa Rica and other operators shared strategies and vision with ICT leaders in high-level debate at 10th global Postal Innovation event. For the third time in Latin America, Postal Innovation opened its doors in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil under the patronage of the Cabinet of Ministers of Argentina and with European Commission endorsement.
Flavia Lucia Xavier Almeida, Head of Postal Bank Department with Brazilian Post, Victor Hugo Avila, Deputy Manager of Business Innovation of CorreosChile, Margarita Quintanar, General Director of Correos El Salvador, Hon. Suvi Lindén, UN Broadband Commission, Rodrigo Rosa from the Chamber of the City of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Carlos Roberto de Oliveira, Director with Casa da Moeda, Brazil were among the key speakers at the event, which highlighted the importance of serving citizens through modern digital postal operations and networks.
